3. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

1. International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, VAT, levies, clearance fees, broker fees, or other import charges imposed by authorities or carriers in the destination country.
2. All import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not paid or refunded by the Company.
3. The Company does not guarantee advance estimation of import charges and is not responsible for any changes in their rates or application.
4. If a carrier offers duties paid services or similar arrangements, such services will apply only if explicitly stated during checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation.

4. Customs Clearance and Customer Cooperation

1. Customs or regulatory authorities in the destination country may require documents, declarations, payments, and identity verification in order to release the shipment.
2. The customer agrees to cooperate in a timely manner and provide any required information or documentation, including identification, import declarations, and payment of applicable import charges.
3. Delays caused by customs inspections, regulatory requirements, or lack of customer cooperation are beyond the Company’s control and shall not be considered the Company’s responsibility.

5. Delivery Estimates and Delays

1. International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country procedures, customs processes, carrier performance, transit conditions, volume peaks, weather, and other external factors.
2. Delays resulting from customs, regulatory requirements, strikes, force majeure, or other events beyond the Company’s control shall not constitute a breach of obligation by the Company.

6. Refusal or Non Acceptance of International Shipments

1. Refusal or non acceptance of an international shipment is not considered a standard return and shall be treated as a breach of transaction terms by the customer.
2. In such cases, the shipment may be returned to the Company, stored, or destroyed, seized, or held by authorities in accordance with destination country rules.
3. If returned to the Company, the Company may deduct from any refund or credit all actual costs incurred, including outbound and return shipping costs, insurance, storage, handling and clearance costs, broker and carrier fees, and any import charges paid or other non recoverable charges.
4. Where a shipment is destroyed, seized, or not returned for reasons beyond the Company’s control, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund for the product or related costs, except where explicitly required by mandatory law.
5. If incorrect or incomplete address or delivery details are provided by the customer and result in failed delivery, return, or loss, such case shall be deemed refusal or non acceptance for the purposes of this policy.

7. Cancellations and Store Credit

1. A cancellation request may be submitted within 14 days from receipt of the product, subject to its return to the Company.
2. Credit will be issued for use on the website only and not as a monetary refund.
3. Credit will be processed only after the product has been received and inspected by the Company.

8. Conditions for Credit

The product must be:
Unworn and unused
In its original packaging
Accompanied by an authenticity certificate
Without damage to the setting, plating, or metal

Non returnable items include:
Jewelry with personal engraving
Size adjustments made at the customer’s request
Custom modification of stones or design
Jewelry that has been used or damaged

The Company may deduct cancellation fees in accordance with applicable law.

9. Size Adjustment

1. Size adjustment service is available for an additional fee.
2. The cost will be determined according to the specific model and complexity of the work.
3. Processing time is up to 21 business days from receipt of the item.

10. Loss or Damage

All shipments are insured
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

11. Jewelry Warranty

1. The Company provides a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects and stone setting only.
2. Warranty eligibility is subject to professional inspection by the Company’s workshop to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by use.
3. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the Company will repair the jewelry at no cost within the warranty period.
4. If the damage is determined to result from use, impact, fall, or any external cause, repair will be offered at a cost subject to quotation.

The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by impact or fall
Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, sea or pool water
Natural wear and tear
Repairs performed by any third party not authorized by the Company

12. Customer Acknowledgment

Placing an order constitutes acknowledgment that the customer is aware of the estimated delivery time of 21–28 business days, accepts the shipping, returns, and warranty terms, and understands that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges that are the sole responsibility of the customer.
