UTOPIA is a luxury jewelry brand committed to using premium materials and strict professional standards throughout the manufacturing, stone setting and quality control processes. This document outlines the authenticity policy, materials and gemstones used in UTOPIA jewelry, and forms an integral part of the brand’s official Certificate of Authenticity provided to customers.

 

UTOPIA Certificate of Authenticity

  1. Every UTOPIA jewelry piece is delivered with an official Certificate of Authenticity issued by the brand.
  2. The certificate specifies, where applicable, the metal type, gemstone type, total carat weight and setting method.
  3. The certificate is based on the product’s manufacturing specifications and the Company’s professional quality control processes.
  4. The certificate confirms the authenticity of the jewelry and its primary materials.

 

Metals and Raw Materials

  1. Jewelry is crafted from precious metals such as 14K gold, 18K gold, silver, or combinations thereof, according to the product specifications.
  2. Minor variations in metal tone or weight may occur due to handcrafted production and the natural characteristics of the materials.
  3. All weights and measurements are approximate and may reasonably vary from one piece to another.

 

Diamonds and Gemstones – Professional Distinction

  1. UTOPIA jewelry may include natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and various gemstones, depending on the model specification.
  2. The type of stones and their main characteristics are indicated in the product description and/or the Certificate of Authenticity.

 

Center Diamonds and Gemological Certificates

  1. Certain models featuring a significant center diamond may be accompanied by an international gemological certificate, such as GIA or IGI, according to the product specification.
  2. The existence, type and scope of such certificate depend on the specific model and diamond characteristics.
  3. The absence of a gemological certificate for a specific model does not reflect the quality of the stones, but rather that the model does not include a center diamond meeting the criteria for an individual certificate.

 

Micro / Pavé / Melee Diamonds

  1. Many jewelry pieces include small diamonds set in pavé or melee techniques.
  2. According to internationally accepted gemological standards in the diamond industry, individual certificates are not issued for each of these small diamonds.
  3. The quality of such small diamonds is determined through professional sorting, inspection and quality control processes conducted in accordance with standards customary in the global diamond industry and the Israeli Diamond Exchange.
  4. These diamonds are evaluated in parcels rather than as individual stones, as is standard practice in the worldwide jewelry trade.

 

Professional Inspection and Quality Control

  1. All stones and materials used in UTOPIA jewelry undergo professional inspection, sorting and quality control before and after setting.
  2. These processes are performed by experienced professionals in the fields of diamonds and jewelry, operating in accordance with the professional standards customary in the diamond industry and the Israeli Diamond Exchange.
  3. Quality control includes visual examination, setting inspection and verification of compliance with the production specifications of each model.

 

Natural Variations Between Pieces

  1. Due to the handcrafted nature of production and the use of natural materials, minor variations may occur between pieces of the same model.
  2. Such variations may include slight differences in stone tone, total weight or stone distribution, and shall not be considered defects or non-conformity.
  3. Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only, and actual appearance may vary due to lighting conditions, display settings and production characteristics.

 

Reliance Limitation

  1. The information provided on the Website, in the Certificate of Authenticity and in this document reflects the Company’s professional production specifications.
  2. The customer acknowledges that small diamonds are not accompanied by individual certificates in accordance with globally accepted gemological standards.
  3. Any claim regarding the materials or stones shall be subject to professional inspection by the Company or an authorized expert on its behalf.
